Chariot Boby
1970
This space-saving trolley is infinitely modifiable, capable of adapting to different usages and spaces.
Joe Colombo, the ltalian architect and designer, initially designed it as a drawing board. In 1970 he made Chariot Baby, combining multifunctional units in accordance with the principle of block-furniture. Enabling considerable space-saving, adaptable and functional in use, this trolley made of moulded ABS resin with castors and three removable drawers is a striking example of the innovations that made Colombo one of the most influential ltalian designers to date.
