A youth is constantly blackmailing a high-school student. The latter's parents are too busy and prefer to give the youth money and feed him to satisfy his needs. The blackmailer is a kid who is neglected in his own home, his mother sells lottery tickets and his father is at the head of a gambling network. Although these two children play the assigned roles of aggressor and victim and come from different backgrounds, they share the same family dilemma.
