Considered to be the leader of the second Taiwanese wave, filmmaker Tsai Ming-Liang presents an original exhibition alongside the full retrospective of his films.

"A Quest", the exhibition presented by filmmaker Tsai Ming-Liang, offers both an immersive experience in the heart of materiality (from film to water via crumpled paper), a public performance and the presentation of Where, the latest, previously unseen opus in the series of Walker Films. Specially shot in the Centre Pompidou, the film presents Lee Kang-Sheng, the filmmaker's favourite actor, alongside Laotian actor Anong Houngheuangsy.
Dating from 2012, with nine works to date, the Walker Films are a thoughtful work on the concept of slowness, in which actor Lee Kang-Sheng makes his way through vast urban landscapes.
