"The hitherto unknown privilege of living in a decor by Fernand Léger." (Bruyère)
André Bruyère established two models for villas, for which Fernand Léger studied the polychromy. The first model included three workshops forming cubic blacks covered by a largely overlapping curved roof. The facades were adorned with sculptural awnings. The other was a smaller-sized, V-shaped villa with a portico and an overlapping curved roof, with an appearance that testified to the influence of Jean Prouvé. The colours contrast among themselves and with the forms of the buildings. The houses were intended to be delivered furnished.
