The event is over
The works of Anne-Charlotte Finel invite spectators to plunge into a contemplative reverie blended with a disturbing strangeness. Among other things, her practice questions how humans relate to their environment in a movement of attraction and repulsion, between fascination and danger.
Music is an essential component of her works, each sound world in her videos is imagined in close collaboration with Luc Kheramand (Voiski), who is known for his infinite emotional loop systems. His work on repetition combined with his hypnotic approach is deployed through his full discography. From his proximity to art to his intriguing association with Anne-Charlotte Finel, the range of his activity testifies to the authenticity of his commitment, reconciling the demands of the techno dance floor and the construction of an introspective vision.
An evening conceived as a visual and audio dialogue between the two artists, in their presence, and followed by a discussion.
Born in Paris in 1986, Anne-Charlotte Finel graduated from the Paris School of Fine Arts.
