Meals in public.
Meggie Schneider and Simon Fravega are organising meetings with a meal in public that will foster a reflection and discussion of the biopic. Each of these mealtimes will include 10 people reading extracts from books related to the theme of the day.
The artists’ camera will capture scenes that might be included in the film “Nobody”. With the help of :In The Kitchen, meals are prepared daily in the space by chefs Vadim Otto Urus and Ferdinand Fravega. Around a Sewing Machine : the artist Ma Ye decorates every day tablecloths and aprons, adorning the guests with them. Master of Ceremonies : at the table, the performer Laurent Isnard introduces the various guests, along with some surprises. Live Broadcast : Lunch is broadcast live everyday on the channel Souvenirs From Earth. The visitors’ biopic : Iván Argote and Pauline Bastard make the daily programme “The Cream Show”, about the biographies of visitors at the Centre Pompidou. Broadcast at 12.55 pm on Souvenirs from Earth. Screening of the two artists’ previous work on January the 25th at 6 pm in Cinéma 2.
