After Voi(rex),Quid sit musicus? [What is a musician?] orients synthesised music in the wake of Guillaume de Machaut: extracting the gestural essence of a 14th century manuscript so that the ancient calligraphic line inspires a sound work and the composition of a new work. Leroux questions the new "augmented paper" technology.
