L'art du langage : la stylistique moderne

How can the modern style question literary art? To what extent can it inform us of the art of language and its ability to ‘compensate for the failings of languages’ that the poet Mallarmé spoke of, in other words, topple their constitutive limits? These, and many other aspects, will be discussed here via a free corpus for a (brief) foray into 20th and 21st century literature, to add to and enlighten the ‘power of words’.
