Okwui Enwezor

The Centre Pompidou's guest is Okwui Enwezor. An art historian, exhibition curator, writer and teacher, he lives and works in New York and Munich, where he has been the director of the Haus der Kunst since 2011. He was the artistic director of Documenta XI in Kassel in 1992, and oversaw the first triennial at the Palais de Tokyo in 2012. He is also to be the artistic director of the next edition of the Venice Biennial in the summer of 2015. Linked with the new presentation of the contemporary collections: "Une histoire.
