Since setting up his practice in 1980, Souto de Moura has completed more than sixty projects, mostly in Portugal, but also in Spain, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Amongst the most emblematic works of this 58 year old architect are film director Manuel de Oliveira's house in Porto (2003), the Braga stadium (2004) and the Paula Rego museum in Cascais (2009).
