The raging craftsmanship of Franck Bedrossian, inspired by Emily Dickinson, meets the holistic spirit of Georg-Friedrich Haas, marked by Giacinto Scelsi. The first part of the evening is dedicated to three young composers who come together around the visions of the celebrated abbess Hildegard of Bingen and Chinese cosmology: fire with Vito Zuraz, earth with Pasquale Corrado and the unification of all the elements electrified in Aurélien Dumont's Abîme Apogée.
Creations in France: Vito Zuraj Fired-up/Pasquale Corrado Grain/Aurélien Dumont Abîme Apogée*/Franck Bedrossian Epigram I and Epigram II/Georg-Friedrich Haas Introduktion und Transsonation. With Donatienne Michel-Dansac and Klangforum Wien. *Computerised music production by IRCAM/Aurélien Dumont.
