KNOCKED UP

At the end of a drunken evening, the ambitious Alison (Katherine Heigl) brings Ben (Seth Rogen) home with her. The next day, now sober, she sends him away. End of story? Two months later, a suspicious nausea reveals her condition… The film is presented by Raphaël Nieuwjaer, founder of the online review Débordements and a great connoisseur of contemporary American comedy. He feels that with this film, we find the two ingredients characterising the films of Judd Apatow: the family story, and the regressive utopia of life between comics.
