Hommage à Fabio Mauri

A central figure in the Roman art scene, for over fifty years Fabio Mauri developed a decidedly multidisciplinary body of work touching on numerous spheres, outside the various artistic movements that marked Italian creation. From the 1970s until the early 2000s, performance played a key role in his work. It was a means of expression that linked his writing, painting, theatre, cinema and installations. This event explores his performative work through filmed and reactivated excerpts from performances.
