Taichung, laboratoire méga-urbain

Taichung is the second largest city on the island of Taiwan and has undertaken a vast urban and architectural project. For the official opening of the large climate park designed by architect Philippe Rahm (with landscapers Mosbach and Ricky Liu & Associates) and the construction of the TIOC tower designed by Elizabeth de Portzamparc, this evening focuses on Taichung's new and future urban planning and on the ecological stakes of this urban regeneration.
