The event is over
All summer long, the terraces adjoining exhibition spaces will be open to visitors, inviting them to embark on an "audio trip". They can admire the Parisian skyline as they listen to the Vue de Paris (View of Paris) podcast, or bop to the beat of a summer playlist specially composed in partnership with Radio Nova. Unless they prefer to plunge into the collection of Centre Pompidou podcasts, which includes the brand new "Dans les tuyaux" (In the Tubes), devoted to the history and architecture of the building.
The podcasts for the exhibitions "Elles font l’abstraction" (Women in Abstraction) and "Hito Steyerl. I Will Survive" invite listeners to continue the visit, to discover these major exhibitions as well as the new monographs opening in June – James Coleman, François Morellet, Georges Rouault – or extended exhibitions – "Farid Belkahia", "Aung Soe", "Sismographie des luttes" (Seismography of Struggles) and "Yaacov Agam. Images vivantes" (Living Images).

The Centre Pompidou turns up the volume!
"Le Grand Mix" terrace perched at level 6 provides an unbeatable view over the rooftops of Paris and plays a 100% summer selection of music composed for the occasion in partnership with Radio Nova.

Terrace “Dans les tuyaux”
The "Dans les tuyaux" (In the Tubes) terrace also enables visitors to observe the architecture of the Centre Pompidou close-up, while still enjoying the view of Paris. Equipped with their earphones, visitors are invited to connect to the podcast of the same name – "Dans les tuyaux" (In the Tubes) – to discover the fascinating history of the building. Then, as they observe the horizon, listeners to the "Vue de Paris (View of Paris)" podcast embark on a very humorous and suspenseful investigation, following detective Maxwell as he discovers the history of famous Parisian monuments and places.

Terrace “Plongée dans les œuvres”
In the heart of the permanent collection on level 5, the "Plongée dans les œuvres" (Immersion in the Works) terrace invites visitors to take a contemplative and audio break during their visit. This is the time to listen to the podcast for the "#PompidouVIP" tour which leads the public to discover some of the works in the collection by the most emblematic artists of the 20th and 21st centuries, or to choose from the large collection of Centre Pompidou podcasts in the series entitled "Les visites du Centre Pompidou" (Tours of the Centre Pompidou" and "Un podcast, une œuvre" (A Podcast, a Work).

The audio terraces are open every day from 16 June 2021
Conditions of access:
- Level 6 – Free access
- Level 5 – Access with a ticket for the Museum + Galleries 3 and 4 (Free during the "Tableaux vivants" weekend on 26 and 27 June, and the 1st Sunday of every month)
