"Centre Pompidou accessibility" App
As part of its commitment to improving accessibility to its spaces and its cultural offerings, the Centre Pompidou offers you an application to assist with your visit, available free of charge on telephone and on tablet (Apple et Android).
This application is designed for persons with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), but also all other persons having similar needs in order to visit the Centre Pompidou.
Functionality
This application enables you to prepare your visit and to access adapted content on site.
It provides different social scenarios, with texts that can be accessed by all according to their needs. These social scenarios contain practical information for accessing the museum and getting to know the different spaces at the Centre Pompidou, as well as the activities available there. They also provide adapted explanatory content concerning the works presented in the museum.
A customisable schedule enables you to organise your visit point by point.
Sensory maps are available to enable you to find your bearings in the museum, whether on level 4 (contemporary art) or level 5 (modern art).
Other features are also available:
- a series of pictos for communicating;
- practical suggestions;
- a memory game, to play during a break;
- etc.
