Une aventure de "Boris the Spider" (Taylor Mead dans le rôle de Boris)
1967
This monumental polyptych was part of Malaval's "Pink-White-Mauve" period.
Robert Malaval produced a protean body of work encompassing painting, sculpture, drawing, writing and sound. His artistic work went through various cycles. In 1962, after a series of very dark paintings, he began another one called "The White Food" using glued papier-mâché that permeated his works. He then entered his "Pink-White-Mauve" period during which he explored the body and light. The figures were painted with a paint gun using stencils and are deformed and fragmented as though marked by the memory of the White Food.
