New Realism

The approximately 200 works in this exhibition will recreate the vibrancy of the activity and works of the "New Realism" movement, by means of the reconstitution or presentation of a number of ensembles and a thematic and historical trail, enabling visitors to understand the specificities of the movement and the contributions it made to the history of art. Exhibition co-produced by the Réunion des Musées Nationaux, the Centre Pompidou and the Sprengel Museum in Hanover, presented in Paris first and then at the Sprengel Museum from 19 September 2007 to 27 January 2008.
